Q1: Is Shipping and Handling free? Does it come with online tracking?    TOP 

Yes, Shipping and Handling is free for all your purchases. We are an international company and your shipment will be originated from Asia via speedy Air delivery. All shipments come with online tracking. Upon delivery, we will notify you by email with tracking information. Tracking information is also available in 'My Order' page.


Q2. Is there any other hidden cost in addition to the product prices?    TOP 

There is absolutely no hidden cost except that residents in Georgia, USA must pay 7% sales tax as required by state law.


Q3. How to request Customer Service?    TOP 

It is faster and more efficient if you place your customer service requests (English only, please) via our web site.
   • If you do not have an account, Click Here or click ‘E-Mail us’ icon/link on top of home page.
   • If you have an account, go to ‘My Account’ or ‘My Order’ page and click ‘Customer Services’ link to the left.
   • If it is related to an order, click ‘My Order’, select the order and click ‘Service Request (this Order)’ button.

You can also contact us via phone. Please leave voice mail with your name, phone# and request if we are unable to promptly answer you. We will respond to your voice mail request within 24 hours.

Q5. What is Online Design?    TOP 

Online Design is our easy-to-use and powerful online tool you can use to create and design professional works for your printing. The tool includes rich templates and art/photo gallery to help you enhance your work. You can also upload and add your own graphics to your work. You will get instant PDF proof(s) at the end of Online Design. You must verify and approve PDF proof(s) before placing order.


Q6. What is Online Upload?    TOP 

If you already have press-ready graphics. You can simply upload your files using our ‘Online Upload’ feature. You must make sure your file size meets the chosen product’s bleeding size. If not, our conversion process will fit the size for you. Also, if you are using tools such as Illustrator and CorelDRAW,

You must outline fonts in Illustrator (or with fonts 'Curved' in CorelDRAW) and embed all referenced graphics. We support various popular file types (see Q7). You will get instant PDF proof at the end of Online Upload. You must verify PDF proof before placing order.


Q7. What file types are supported by Online Upload?    TOP 

For Online Upload, we support:
    • ADOBE Illustrator and Postscript (.ai or .eps) - Version CS2 or Lower
    • ADOBE Photoshop(PSD)- Version CS2 or Lower
    • CorelDRAW (.cdr) - Suite X3 or Lower
    • Non-Vector Images (.jpg, .tif and .png)
    • Adobe PDF (.pdf)
    • For other file types, please convert to PDF file type.

Q8: Do you accept Microsoft Word, Excel and other file types?    TOP 

Our ‘Online Upload’ does not support Word and Excel format. For Word, Excel and other file types. For those files, you need to convert (or print) them into PDF format and then upload the PDF file. Q9. What is My Folder?    TOP 

At the end of ‘Online Design’ or ‘Online Upload’, you can click ‘Save to My Folder’ to store your work to 'My Folder' for later usage and/or modification. 'My Folder' is free storage space on our site where you organize and manage your ‘Online Design’ and ‘Online Upload’ works.

Initially, each account is given 50MB free storage space. We will increment your storage quota each time you pay off your order. The maximum quota cap is 1GB for regular account. Commercial account with volume orders will be given much larger space. Please submit customer service request in case you need more 'My Folder' space.
