Q1. How to set up new WITPrint account?    TOP 

You click 'New Account Set Up' link (on the top-right corner of home page) to sign up. Select the country where you live, enter referral promotion discount code if you have one, then continue to registration page. The referral promotion discount is 10% off your first order. You don't need to remember this code. When you place your first order, our system will autmatacally give you 10% discount.

You will need to provide email address, password and certain personal data for verification purpose in case you contact WITPrint to obtain your login and password. Your email address is your login ID. Since we heavily use emails for our communications, we need to validate your email address before granting you full access to certain account and order pages.



Q2. What is WITPrint's Agent Program?    TOP 

WITPrint Agent Program offers you great opportunities to make long-term money with high earning potential. There is absolutely no need to purchases to be eligible for earning money from this program. The program is very simple and you will be handsomely rewarded by just spreading promotion discount code to our prospective customers.

Our Agent Program is very generous, free, easy and straight-forward:
   Build Your Agent Network - Very Easy
   • When you join Agent Program, we will give you a Promotion Code unique to you.
   • Promotion Code is an incentive to attract new customers that they can get 10% off their first purchases.
   • Promotion Code is prompted (optional) during New Account setting up process.
   • New accounts set up with your Promotion Code are automatically part of your Agent network members.
   Your Earning - Very Handsome
   • You will earn 6% sales commission for purchases made by members in your Agent network.
   • Also, we will pay 25% of earnings made by your network's members who join Agent Program.
   What Does WITPrint System Do?
   • Our system will automatically track your agent network, sales and earnings.
   • Each month, WITPrint will calculate your earning and update your account balance.

Q3. How Does WITPrint Agent Program work? What's the earning potential?    TOP 

As explained in Question #2, your part in building your own Agent network is quite simple: join our Agent program and let people use your unique Promotion Code to set new account. New customers will be delighted to use your Promotion Code to get 10% discount on their first orders. You, at the same time, will be delighted to see your network expanded and earn commission from new members' sales, forever.

Our system will keep track of your network's expansion, sales and then determine your earnings. You can imagine your earning will grow as your network grows. WITPrint will calculate your earning each month. In 'My Account' pages, you will be able to view all your agent network information including member email addresses, purchases, your commissions and so on.

When your account balance is over $100, you can request payment from 'My Account'. There is no fee if payment is made by mailing check or transferring to your PayPal account. We can also wire the money to your bank account with $30 bank fee if your account is in US, or $50 fee if outside US.

Your earning includes two portions:
   • 6% Sales Commission: 6% of purchases made by all your network members.
   • 25% Network Agent Member Commission: 25% of earnings made by your network's Agent members.

Eventually, the 25% Network Agent Member Commission will contribute to the majority of your earning. You can drastically grow your earning by sharing your earning experience and encourage your network members to join our Agent Program.

Here is a Sample Case to demonstrate your potential earning:

Q4. What are covered in profile update page?    TOP 

In profile update page, you can update your login password, your credential data and your other profile data. If you ever need to obtain your email address from WITPrint, we will need to check credential data with you to verify your identity. You can not update your email address. You will need to setup a new account if you do need to use a different email address.



Q5. What are features in My Order?    TOP 

In 'My Order' pages, you will find all order related information including:
   • Allowed action buttons
   • Order stages and status
   • Shipment tracking# when available
   • Order details
   • Activity notices log generated by our system
   • Service request and response log

The following actions could be available:
   • You can delete order item if the order is not paid yet.
   • You can cancel order before order reaches stage 3 (Rastering Completed).
     (You will also get instant refund if you already made payment.)    • You can place service request, including refund request, for the order.



Q6. What are features in My Folder?    TOP 

'My Folder' is free space on our site where you can store your works. At end of 'Online Upload' or 'Online Design', you can click 'Save to My Folder' to store your works for later usage and/or modification. You use 'My Folder' page to manage your saved works.

Your 'My Folder' space quota and usage is displayed on My Folder page. Initially, each account is given 50MB free storage space. We will increment your storage quota each time you pay off your order. The maximum quota cap is 1GB for regular accounts. Commercial accounts with volume orders will be given much larger free space. Please submit customer service request in case you need more 'My Folder' space.
