Before placing order, you are asked to verify and approve PDF proof(s) in terms of colors, fonts, texts, sizes, resolution,
and its entire content. We are not responsible for mistakes in PDF proof(s) that you failed to detect. We guarantee your prints will
match PDF proof(s). We will reject your claims if you are asking something different from proof PDF content.

We will not refund you if your claims are related to folding choices with folding methods different from what
we demonstrate on our web site.

We will not refund you if you provided us incorrect shipment address.

In case the services is interrupted due to uncontrollable incidents such as nature disasters, war or strikes and all other
similar reasons, we will not grant your refund requests. When the unexpected incident is over, we will track and resume
our services.

To request refund, you need to go to 'My Order', select the order, click 'Service Request' button and place
a service request with 'Ask Refund' box checked. Our response will be posted on this order page as well as a copy
sent to you by email.
