PDF Proof: WITPrint provides instant online PDF proof in CMYK color space for your verification.
You are fully responsible for verifying the correctness of PDF proof content.
WITPrint guarantees your printout matches PDF. What you see on the PDF proof is what you get. WITPrint does not edit your content and
nor does WITPrint check the correctness of your content.
CMYK Colors: WITPrint is using full CMYK 4-colors for press printing. If your graphics are using RGB (for monitor) color space,
WITPrint will convert your RGB to CMYK color space (see 'PDF Proof' paragraph above). Due to the nature of differences between RGB and CMYK color spaces,
colors shifting is unavoidable. WITPrint will convert your RGB colors to industry standard 'Pleasing' colors.
The converted CMYK colors can be precisely examined in proof PDF. You must verify the colors before placing your order.
You agree such color shifting nature is not printing defect. ('Pleasing' colors means we control the margin of discrepency
under 15% between actual printed CMYK colors and colors appears in proof pdf.)
Printing Resolution and Your Content: Press printing requires high resolution, normally 300 dpi (dot per inch).
The resolution used on computer monitor, 72 dpi, is too low for printing even though it looks sharp on screen.
Low resolution images will result in poor appearance on printout. WITPrint is not responsible for such poor result due to
your low resolution settings. In addition, you are fully responsible for the correctness of the content.
WITPrint is not responsible for your mistakes such as type errors, misspelling and so on.
Outline Fonts and Embed Images: In your work (for example using Illustrator or CorelDRAW), if you did not embed fonts
not supported in WITPrint system, your fonts will be replaced by a WITPrint system's default font during conversion process. Similarly,
if you reference external images in your work without embedding them, those images will not appear in proof PDF.
You must 'outline' (or 'Curved') your fonts and embed referenced images in your work before uploading to WITPrint. You must compare and verify proof PDF
with your work to make sure fonts and images are well covered. You agree you are fully responsible for the correctness
of fonts and images in proof PDF. WITPrint will reject your claims if they are relate to incorrect fonts and missing images.
Minimum 0.2mm Limitation: Due to limitation of press printing, the minimum visible line width/height is 0.2mm.
Line with width/height under 0.2mm may not appear on the printout. Such symptoms normally occur when you scale down
graphic size. You agree missing lines due to such limitation is not defect.
Option choices may cause loss: We provide ‘Round Corners’, ‘Cutting’ and ‘Folding’ options for certain of
our products. It is inevitable that the extra option's manufacturing process may result in around 3% ~ 5% loss of your printout copies.
You agree you understand the loss is normal and will accept the slight loss when it occurs.
No Order Cancellation/Refund After 'Rastering' process is done: You can not cancel your order or request refund
if your order reaches the stage (Stage 3) of rastering process completed. Your order stages and current
stage status are clearly displayed on the order page. If the current order stage is prior to stage 3, 'Cancel Order' button
is available for you to cancel order and get instant refund. When your order reaches stage 3, your order is already in printing process.
Therefore, order cancelling is not allowed and you will need to contact WITPrint for your order matters. WITPrint reserves the right to
decline your cancellation requeest.
Order Rejection: WITPrint reserves the right to reject your order due to our policy, copyright, legal issues and any
legitimate decisions made by WITPrint. Upon rejection, WITPrint will notify you and refund your paid amount in full.
Bleed Zone/Trim Lines/Safe Zone and Folding/Cutting Lines: The Zones and Lines drawn on ‘Online Design’
work area and on the proof PDF are for demonstration purpose and will not be printed on your printout.
.Bleed Zone – The outer zone represents the size with clearance reserved for cutting out.
.Trim Lines – The trimming lines represent the very likely cutting out lines.
.Safe Zone – The inner zone where content is guaranteed to appear in printout.
.Cutting/Folding lines – 3 lines per cutting/folding with outer lines bordering likely cutting area.
Zones and Folding/Cutting Lines in Templates: In our 'Download Templates' page, the templates mostly come with built-in
Bleeding/Trim/Safe zones and possible Cutting/Folding lines. Those Zones and Lines are for demonstration purposes and shall
not be in your final work. If you download our graphic templates with built-in zones/Lines, you must take out those Zones/Lines
before uploading your works to WITPrint. WITPrint does not remove those template Zones/Lines for you. If you fail to remove those Zones and Lines,
they will appear in your printouts. WITPrint will reject your claim if you forgot to take out those template Zones/Lines.
