		• We will setup, customize and host your Office Cloud site. • You only need to add a link to your existing web site for your employees. • We will provide you know-how and help you build product templates and Gallery graphics for Online Design.

	Administrator Module	Setting products, options, pricing and user security.
	Customer Service Module	Respond to customer requests, manage orders and conduct full or partial refund. (All services are logged in system and viewable by both your customers and your employees.)
	Order Management Module	Orders in queue: Handle orders by order stages, conduct shipments and Tracking. Open Orders: dynamic order locator; orders management and full or partial refund Closed Order: dynamic order locator; re-Open order, full and partial Refund (Automated Email Notification is triggered when an order event occurs.)
	Graphic Libraries	You can build Product Templates, Text Layouts and Gallery Libraries used by Simple Design and Online Design tools. (We will provide you instructions and private Ftp site so you can build and upload your graphic libraries.)
